Thank you for choosing ALLPOWERS. We are committed to providing reliable power solutions throughout Mexico. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Processing Time

Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) after purchase confirmation.

Volume Delays: In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you by email at service@allpowers.mx.

2. Shipping Areas and Restrictions

Coverage: We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.

Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to areas without standard courier coverage, overseas territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or commercial address is required for successful delivery.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure fast and reliable service, all orders are processed directly from our warehouse in the State of Mexico. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING for all nationwide orders, with no hidden costs at checkout.

Total Delivery Time: 2 to 7 Business Days.

Standard Zones: For non-extended areas (main cities and metropolitan areas), orders are generally delivered within 2 days after shipment.

Extended Zones: Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access regions may require the full period of up to 7 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS: Please note that Solar Panels and Power Stations are shipped from the warehouse in separate packages. It is completely normal for them to arrive on different days or at different times.

Our Logistics Partner: The default shipping method for our deliveries is through PAQ. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Safety Note on Battery Transport: ALLPOWERS products use high-capacity LiFePO4 batteries. Due to strict safety regulations in Mexico for the transport of large-scale energy storage units, these items are transported by specialized ground freight. This ensures the highest safety standards, although it may slightly affect transit time to remote regions.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will generally be updated within 48 hours of dispatch.

You will be able to track your package directly on the official website of PAQ or through the provided tracking link.

5. Taxes and Customs Duties

Local Warehouse: For products shipped directly from our local warehouse in Mexico, VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the purchase price. You will not have to pay additional customs fees upon receiving your package.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Address

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is 100% correct (including postal code, neighborhood, and references). ALLPOWERS is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We cannot redirect or change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched from the warehouse.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order with visible physical damage, please contact ALLPOWERS Support within 7 business days of delivery by sending an email to service@allpowers.mx.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products, as they are necessary to file a claim with the carrier (PAQ).

If the tracking system marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days.
