Product Warranty Regulations

All products purchased directly from the official ALLPOWERS online store operated by us are covered by the following limited warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the product's arrival date, and its use implies acceptance of the warranty terms.

If the product presents defects or failures attributable to an error by our company, we will accept an exchange. After receiving the product, you must contact us through the "Contact Form" within 30 days to request a replacement. Please note that the ALLPOWERS product warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to other owners. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

ALLPOWERS sells products on its global official website, on the official ALLPOWERS DE website, and on the official ALLPOWERS UK website. If you purchase from another online store or an unauthorized seller, we cannot guarantee product quality, so it will not be covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. If you have questions about product defects, please contact the place of purchase.

*To claim the warranty, an invoice or order confirmation email clearly stating the order number, product details, price, and sales channel at the time of purchase is required.

ALLPOWERS Product Warranty Registration Form

The warranty period is 24 months from the purchase date. ALLPOWERS offers the possibility to extend the warranty period of certain products by registering on the official website, so that customers can use them for longer and with greater peace of mind.

For products sold through our website in Mexico, the following policy applies:

A) 2-Year Limited Warranty (24 Months)

The following models have a two (2) year limited warranty from the purchase date:

  • Portable Power Stations: P300, R600, R1500 LITE, R2500, S2000 Pro.
  • Portable Solar Panels: SOLAX SE100, SOLAX SE200.

Warranty Period for Refurbished Products:

  • Refurbished Power Station models sold on our official website have a 2-year warranty (R600, R1500, R2500, S2000 PRO).
  • Refurbished Solar Panel and Smaller Unit models sold on our official website have a 1-year warranty (S200, S300, SP027, SE100, SE200).

Explanation of Warranty Shipping Cost

Generally, the shipping cost incurred by the product warranty is not covered by it.

Within 30 days of receiving the merchandise: We will cover the shipping cost for products returned to the warehouse for maintenance within 30 days of receipt.

30 days after receiving the merchandise: After 30 days, the shipping cost for returning the product to the warehouse for repair will be borne by the buyer.

[Exceptions]

The warranty will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:

  • When the product warranty has expired.
  • Defects or failures caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, product disassembly, or by not operating in accordance with our company's instruction manuals and guides; or failures or damages caused by overheating, liquids, or other external factors.
  • When proof of purchase cannot be presented or if the warranty has been rewritten or altered.
  • When damage is caused by improper storage or use.
  • When damage is caused by force majeure factors (lightning, fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.).
  • Free gifts are not covered by the warranty service.
  • Products that are damaged, lost, or stolen due to reliability or compatibility issues, or products that have been provided free of charge when using unauthorized third-party parts.
  • Special Note: The product's charging adapter is not included in the warranty.

Note for Orders on External Platforms: For orders placed on other official platform stores (different from the official ALLPOWERS website), in order to avoid duplicate warranty requests, we will directly transmit your warranty requirements to the corresponding platform for processing.
